Our Allstate Agency is rapidly growing, and we want to train the right individuals to fit into our company. We are currently seeking to fill a full-time, Bilingual (Spanish/English) Insurance Sales Agent position.
We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, and naturally gifted salesperson who desires to make a positive impact on peoples lives. To sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time agent, you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows.
Are you looking to break into the insurance industry? Great,
your base salary will start at $36,500,
and first-year commissions are expected to be around $15,000.
Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery?
Your base salary will start at $38,500,
and our top earners have made $70,000 in additional commissions.

Responsibilities
Make sure all pre and after-sale processes are completed.
Make a high volume of outbound calls to obtain and work with prospects with expectations of daily sales.
Work lead lists as assigned using the lead management system following the rules and guidelines set by your Sales Leader and/or Agency Owner.
Follow up on all new business clients to cross-sell and ask for referrals.
Handle service work as necessary. Although we are a highly specialized office, some service work is required.
Actively review, improve, and increase product knowledge skills.
DAILY TRAINING IS REQUIRED
Requirements LICENSING REQUIREMENTS:
While we encourage people from all industries to consider this job, every Sales Agent must obtain their Texas General Lines Property & Casualty (P&C) license to be employed at our agency. Well guide you on how to do it and pay for your study materials.
Already having an active Insurance License is PREFERRED
Previous ONE YEAR sales experience (or equivalent) is REQUIRED
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is REQUIRED
Prior experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or a similar position
Strong personality and drive to achieve goals
Ability to understand complex concepts and explain them to others
Professional presence in person and over the phone
A High School diploma is required, and some College is preferred
Candidates with prior Allstate experience (in any state) or experience working with another captive insurance agency are strongly encouraged to apply.
We value professionals who already understand captive agency environments, carrier guidelines, and consultative client conversations. Qualified candidates with this background may be eligible for a sign-on bonus, based on experience, licensing status, and role alignment.
