You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You are a Risk Advisor in essence. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services and tailoring product offerings to their individual needs. This is salary plus commission and in-person. For strong candidates, can discuss a hybrid option after training and performance factors.

Responsibilities
Provide information about insurance products and services.
Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Community Networking and Engagement
Keeping current on Insurance laws and guidelines.
Qualifications
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Michigan Property and Casualty License to start and the Life and Health License within 60 days. Reimbursement for all licensing fees available.
