Heart of Chicago Homes is hiring Showing Agents to support our Buyer & Seller Agents by managing property showings and providing professional client access across the Chicago area. This role is ideal for licensed agents or those in the final stages of licensing who want consistent field opportunities, flexible scheduling, and hands-on experience inside a high-performing real estate operation without carrying full sales responsibility.

Responsibilities Showing Agents Focus On One Thing
Getting buyers into homes efficiently, professionally, and with a great experience.
You Are Not Responsible For
Prospecting
Lead generation
Contract negotiations
Client conversion
Your job is to represent the team in the field, execute showings smoothly, and help create positive client interactions.
Appointments Appointments Provided
All showing requests are scheduled through our systems.
What You May Be Assigned
Buyer property showings
Listing access appointments
Back-to-back showing routes when available
You can accept as many showing requests as your schedule allows. Showing volume is influenced by availability, responsiveness, and reliability.

Weekday, evening, and weekend opportunities
Freedom to accept or decline showing requests
