Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a Coordinator, Social Community based in New York City.

About the role You will play a crucial role in enhancing Clarins’ brand resonance and relevance by developing compelling social media content and fostering strong relationships within influencer and press communities. Your responsibilities include managing content calendars, creating and publishing posts across various platforms, actively engaging with online communities, monitoring social media channels, and supporting product launch strategies to strengthen the brand’s presence.

Responsibilities

Manage and schedule social media content calendars, ensuring consistent and engaging posts across various platforms.

Stay informed on current social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand relevant and innovative.

Identify and leverage rising influencers, trending sounds, and new content formats to enhance brand storytelling and outreach efforts.

Support product launches by coordinating social media rollouts, activations, and content distribution, including handling product orders and mailing when needed.

Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics monthly to evaluate content effectiveness and guide strategic planning.

Qualifications

Proactive, creative mindset with strong attention to detail and design aesthetics.

Able to multitask, stay organized, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Experienced working with influencers or creators.

Passion for beauty, skincare, pop/digital.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in influencers/social/PR/communications/contracts or related space.

Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Capcut, Adobe).

Fluency with analytics and interpreting data into creative, action‑oriented insights.

Strong understanding of major social platforms and their best practices.

Experience creating content for social channels.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Benefits

Salary: $55,000‑$65,000.
