Job Summary Caterpillar’s Electric Power Division has an open opportunity as an Account Coordinator. The Account Coordinator will perform administrative and in-house support tasks for Project Management team, helping to build relationships and improve customer experience.

What You Will Do

Respond to customer inquiries and provide customer service regarding products and services, addressing issues related to customer orders.

Perform general administrative duties, including maintaining files, schedules and appointments, for the sales teams; maintain database and update records of contacts, accounts and orders as required.

Monitor, prioritize and track status of orders to provide updates to customers.

Support order to delivery process, ensuring compliance with customer/dealer requirements.

Process change orders.

Facilitate Factory Witness tests, arranging logistics, concessions, and creating pictorial documentation of the progress for end customers and dealers.

Coordinate pick up of completed enclosures / Ship loose between Dealer, Packager and Transportation Hauler.

2-year or 4-year degree highly desired.

Knowledge of transportation industry.

Additional Information

This position is located in Griffin, GA.

Travel up to 10% is required.

Domestic relocation assistance is not offered for this position.

This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.

Summary Pay Range $72,360.00 - $108,540.00
