Strong customer service and relationship management skills, ensuring excellent client experiences Familiarity with insurance policies, solutions, and account management practices Attention to detail, organizational ability, and capability to manage multiple accounts effectively Proficient in communication, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills Proficiency in using insurance management software and standard office applications Ability to work collaboratively with team members and take initiative to solve client issues Insurance licensing or willingness to obtain relevant state insurance licenses Previous experience in the insurance industry or account management is preferred
