At Live Nation Entertainment, our people embrace these qualities, so if this sounds like you, please read on!**LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT**This is a 6-month contract assignment.**THE JOB**Live Nation’s Integrated Marketing team builds transformative brand partnerships through the unmatched power of live music. This **6-month contract opportunity** will support the team under the direction of experienced Integrated Marketing leaders, contributing to the development of marketing proposals across multiple active new business initiatives.**WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO**Proposal & Material Development Support* Ramp up on Live Nation’s sponsorship offerings, tools, and workflows through provided materials and hands-on project exposure.* Support the development of sponsorship proposals and partner-facing materials by building slides and organizing inputs.* Capture and refine brainstorm outputs into structured outlines and presentation-ready content.* Customize proposal materials using existing templates and frameworks to align with partner goals and category context.* Document and organize budgets, inclusive of: pricing details, product costs, and deal components as provided by senior team members.Project Coordination & Communication* Support active projects by helping manage timelines, action items, and internal communications.* Prepare meeting notes, recap emails, and follow-ups to ensure clarity on next steps and responsibilities.* Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Integrated Marketing, Sales, Brand Management, Creative, etc.) to gather inputs and keep work moving.* Communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively when clarification or guidance is needed.Execution & Team Enablement* Provide day-to-day executional support, for any given task, across multiple projects to ensure materials are accurate, organized, and delivered on time.* Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and timelines while maintaining a solution-oriented mindset.* Follow established processes and best practices while flagging gaps or inefficiencies to project leads.* Contribute as an extra set of hands to maintain momentum and continuity during the leave period.**WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING*** 5+ years of progressive experience in advertising, marketing, media, or consumer promotions, with a proven track record of leading complex program development independently.* Demonstrated expertise in crafting and presenting integrated marketing proposals that align business strategy with creative storytelling.* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently and persuasively to client and agency partners.* Advanced ability to analyze data and research, translating insights into actionable strategies and validated campaign concepts.* Proven strength in building cross-functional relationships, managing through influence, and delivering on high-stakes deadlines.* Skilled facilitator with experience leading productive meetings, guiding team ideation, and driving group alignment.* Proficiency in Apple Keynote and Microsoft Office Suite for high-impact presentation development.* Self-motivated learner with a proactive approach to knowledge-sharing and problem-solving.* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field—or equivalent experience.Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.**EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY**We are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion.
