Pre-Sales Manager – North America
for a fast-growing, global ERP software Vendor. This is a
hands‑on leadership role , combining deep ERP / business process knowledge with strong sales and presentation capability. You’ll be responsible for owning the
technical and functional success of the sales cycle , while managing and developing a small presales team. What you’ll be doing
Lead and support presales activity across North America Manage and mentor a small Presales team Partner closely with Account Executives throughout the full sales cycle Run discovery sessions to understand customer needs and shape solutions Deliver high-quality ERP demos to executive and technical audiences Support RFPs / RFIs with strong functional and technical input Build long-term relationships with customers and partners Act as a bridge between customers, partners, and product teams Represent the business at events, seminars, and trade shows Requirements
Strong ERP Consultancy background with broad business process knowledge 5+ years in Presales / Solution Consulting Experience leading or mentoring a small team, or looking to Manage a team. Excellent presentation and demo skills Confident engaging C-level and senior stakeholders Strong problem-solving and communication skills Understanding of US accounting is a plus
