Territory Growth Representative (Outside B2B Sales – Hunter Role) Pirtek | Savannah, GA | Hilton Head / Bluffton, SC

Hourly + Uncapped Commission | Company Vehicle Provided

PIRTEK, the nation’s leading provider of on-site hydraulic and industrial hose replacement, is expanding into the Savannah and Hilton Head market.

We are hiring a

Territory Growth Representative

to build this market from the ground up.

This is not an account‑management role.

This is a territory‑building, new‑business acquisition role.

The Opportunity You Will Be Responsible For

Acquiring new accounts daily and weekly

Prospecting in person across industrial and commercial businesses

Walking into facilities and introducing PIRTEK to decision‑makers

Selling emergency hydraulic hose repair and preventative service contracts

Driving your own leads and building your own pipeline

Making quick decisions in a fast‑paced, service‑driven industry

This is a field‑based role. You will be in front of customers — not behind a desk.

Compensation

Hourly pay (starting in the $18–$22/hour range)

Uncapped commissions on all new business

Accelerators for early wins

Company vehicle provided

The hourly provides stability during ramp‑up. The REAL income comes from commission.

This role is designed for someone who expects to earn more from performance than from hourly pay.

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales experience (B2B preferred)

Comfortable with cold outreach and in‑person prospecting

Strong communication skills

Positive, competitive attitude

Self‑motivated and accountable

Clean driving record

High School Diploma or GED

Mechanical experience is not required. PIRTEK provides comprehensive, paid training.

This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee.
