Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Watertown, CT, for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and guide them through the car-buying process. Responsibilities include presenting vehicle options, building relationships with customers, assisting with financing and trade-ins, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves staying updated on product knowledge and promoting a positive, transparent purchasing experience for all customers.
Qualifications
Sales and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
Product Knowledge and the ability to effectively communicate features and benefits of vehicles
Basic computer proficiency, familiarity with CRM tools, and experience managing customer data
Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening abilities
Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and a passion for delivering excellent service
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Previous experience in automotive sales is a plus but not required
