Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies to meet business objectives, focusing on engagement, growth, and long‑term partnership. Oversee sales funnel management.
Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations. Act as the bridge between the company and its most important client(s), navigating complex market landscapes and delivering tailored solutions.
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver customized solutions that address client needs and exceed expectations, requiring over 50% travel.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
Preparing and presenting detailed account performance reports to senior management.
Leading contract negotiations and ensuring adherence to company policies.
Supervising, mentoring and guiding account management teams to achieve their full potential.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Engineering or related field.
Proven sales experience; demonstration of achieving results; results oriented.
Knowledge of hydraulics, products and applications.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and colleagues, developing and growing effective teams that contribute to business success.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with people at all levels internal and external.
Ability to cultivate, understand and anticipate the needs of the customer, providing effective solutions and recommendations; experienced in proactively developing customers.
Experience managing a team.
Ability to travel 40‑60% of the time.
Compensation Annualized base pay between $130,000 to $180,000 plus management bonus.
