Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Property Manager for our client. This role will oversee a campus of commercial properties with focus on the financial and operational management of each asset. The campus assigned to this position includes high‑rise office, parking, HOA and retail properties.
What’s a Typical Day Like?
Responsible for the overall day‑to‑day management of assigned properties
Develop and administer annual property plans and perform ongoing plan reforecasting throughout the year
Prepare timely and accurate monthly and quarterly property reports
Manage, train and lead all staff at assigned properties
Bid, negotiate, award and manage all building service contracts and operating projects
Act as Landlord representative on all tenant improvement construction
Assist in developing and executing short and long‑term asset strategy
Perform frequent and thorough property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards
Create and foster professional relationships with tenants and vendors
Responsible for all lease administration duties
Monitor and collect accounts receivable at assigned properties
Serve as primary point of contact for clients, tenants, guests and vendors
Ensure property requests and problems are resolved in accordance with contractual obligations and company standards
Other duties as assigned
What Are the Requirements of the Job?
Bachelor’s degree from four‑year college or university
5+ years of commercial property management
High‑rise experience preferred
Strong knowledge of real estate finance, commercial leases and building operations
Experience with common area expense reconciliation
Project management experience
Ability to prioritize and multi‑task
Experience negotiating contracts
Customer service oriented
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Time management skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel
Yardi experience a plus
Ability to work in fast‑paced environment.
Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
Communication skills.
