Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Builders Rep/Sales Manager to join our team in Texas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting our sales efforts in the Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin markets, primarily focusing on working with home builders and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with home builders, contractors, and customers to drive sales growth and increase market share

Provide product training and support to customers, architects, and builders

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including attending industry events and conferences

Collaborate with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics

Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals

Requirements

5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the building industry

Proven track record of success in sales and business development

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to travel throughout Texas
