They are a rapidly growing integrated, full-service agency with a mission to create game-changing marketing ideas that propel brands forward.This position is located in their Charlotte, NC office. The Senior Marketing Analyst will have a large impact on the continued success of the agency – both by searching for meaning in data and by communicating those insights to a range of clients in many industries. The Analyst has the primary responsibility of working with company leadership to determine the requirements of the Analytic Services department and is instrumental in crafting and leading the vision on best ways to develop and utilize business analytics practices within the agency. This position has a direct impact on internal and external clients, meeting quality goals, timing deadlines, and providing the final deliverables to the external client. Responsibilities

Manages key analytic portions of a project from beginning to end of project. Performs insightful analysis of campaign results, draws conclusions, and makes recommendations for future marketing strategies. Designs and programs SAS/SQL code to prepare data for analysis. Documents existing and new SAS code and SQL code processes. Develops reports and presentations to support decision-making. Performs Predictive Modeling. Assigns the highest priority to client satisfaction and success by establishing and maintaining long-term client relationships that are strategic, inspire client loyalty and based on shared goals. Builds client confidence and trust, strives to exceed expectations, assumes responsibility for solving client problems, ensures commitments are met, solicits input and ideas from clients, and understands the client's business. Expands business opportunities within existing accounts and seeks out new opportunities. Understands the organization, the industry, the clients, and the competition, and creates and communicates a long-term vision to support the organization's strategic goals. Provides tools, methods, processes and procedures and best practices for Data Services. Qualifications

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5+ years of experience in the analytical services field, or a relevant combination of education and experience. Successful track record of creating analytics programs to guide and inform marketing efforts Highly quantitative background Knowledge of SAS (Base and Stat), SQL Server & T-SQL Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in statistical procedures Independent and cooperative decision making, problem solving and proactive strategic thinking Commitment to service excellence and added value Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Winning and maintaining client relationships Ability to apply knowledge and skills to deliver client insight Work effectively in global and multi-cultural environments Ability to communicate effectively and interact with all levels of staff Proven track record in the ability to motivate and lead staff for progressive development Detail-oriented; strong organizational skills; excellent communication and client service skills; excellent people skills
