Position Overview We are looking for a multitasking, detail-oriented, and genuinely friendly Customer Service Representative to be the front line of our company. This role is critical to keeping jobs organized, customers informed, and projects moving forward smoothly.
This is not a “sit back and answer phones” job.
This is a high-impact role that requires:
Strong communication skills
Critical thinking
High attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple priorities at once
You will be the calm voice, the organized mind, and the professional presence that customers trust.
What You’ll Do
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Enter and update job information accurately in our system
Confirm appointments and follow up with customers
Review job details to ensure accuracy and completeness
Communicate clearly with customers about timelines and expectations
Handle customer concerns professionally and proactively
Support leadership with administrative and operational tasks
Qualifications
Comfortable using scheduling software / CRM systems
Strong typing and data entry skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Professional phone presence
Strong organizational skills
A positive, team-first attitude
Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM with rotating Saturdays
30–40 hours per week
Room for advancement , many of our leaders started as CSRs
Pay $18-$20 per hour
