Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Houston, TX. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and sustaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Other daily tasks include negotiating contracts, preparing proposals, delivering exceptional client service, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development.

Strong Sales, Negotiation, and Communication skills with a focus on achieving targets.

Experience in preparing proposals and understanding of contracts and terms.

Organizational and Time Management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.

Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience in the healthcare or technology staffing industry is a plus.
