Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls using provided scripts
Engage customers with a positive, professional attitude
Follow call flow and meet performance goals
Accurately input call details and maintain records
Represent the brand with enthusiasm and integrity
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of previous call center experience
Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow scripts naturally
Reliable, punctual, and motivated by performance goals
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent
English as primary language
Technical Requirements:
PC/Laptop with Windows 10 or higher (Apple/Mac, Chromebooks, and tablets not compatible)
Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable required)
USB-connected headset
Webcam
Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
