Assisting in preparing detailed repair estimates for damaged vehicles
Communicating with insurance companies and coordinating customer appointments
Dispatching work and ensuring a smooth repair process
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive experience for every client
What It Takes to Succeed High school diploma or GED
Strong attention to detail and a passion for cars
A great work ethic and reliability
A willingness to learn and grow within the role
Preferred But Not Required
Trade school background or experience in a body shop
I-CAR and ASE Certification
