Key Responsibilities:
Drive maximum attendance at our seminars through strategic outreach.
Engage in proactive communication with contacts to confirm their attendance and minimize no-show rates.
Design and implement follow-up communications via SMS, email, and phone.
Utilize diverse marketing channels such as Facebook groups, senior centers, partnerships, and advertisements to broaden our audience reach.
Track attendance metrics and provide valuable reports on event outcomes.
Requirements:
Proven success in increasing event attendance.
Strong and confident communication skills over the phone.
Highly organized with the capacity to create efficient and scalable systems.
This role is in-person at our office in Tampa.
