
We are seeking a motivated
Account Coordinator
to join our team. This role will be the bridge between our TV locations, clients, and internal team members, ensuring smooth communication, timely execution, and exceptional client service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with 8sian TV locations to manage content scheduling and client campaigns.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, updates, and campaign needs.
Support account management in campaign execution, reporting, and client follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of advertising and promotional content.
Track campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients and management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; strong English communication skills (written and spoken) required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or Media
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple 8sian TV Partner locations
Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving attitude
Experience in media, advertising, or account management preferred
