
Job Title: UX Designer(Senior Level)
Duration: 24-Month Contract
Location: On-site – Spring, TX

Overview A leading global energy organization is seeking a Mid- to Senior-level UX Generalist to support the design and development of internal digital products. This role focuses on understanding user needs, driving research-based design decisions, and delivering intuitive user experiences across multiple concurrent initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with both user expectations and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research sessions to understand workflows, behaviors, and pain points.
Translate research findings into actionable insights, recommendations, and design direction.
Design and optimize end-to-end service experiences across multiple user touchpoints.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
Create journey maps, process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure product consistency.
Plan and execute usability testing, gathering feedback to iterate and improve solutions.
Support stakeholder engagement and promote UX best practices across teams.
Manage and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
Required Qualifications
Mid- to senior-level experience in UX design, product design, or service design.
Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management abilities.
Ability to adapt quickly and incorporate feedback into iterative design processes.
Experience creating wireframes and prototypes (basic skills required; advanced skills preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
Service design experience.
Experience facilitating outcome-driven workshops.
Experience developing design systems or UX guidelines.
Experience working in complex enterprise or internal-product environments.
