This full-time, on-site role is based at our Jacksonville, FL location. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will engage with potential patients to understand their needs, schedule consultations, and guide them through the initial phase of their dental implant journey. You will focus on lead generation, customer relationship management, and follow-up communication to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience for patients. You will work with a high volume of existing leads generated through marketing efforts. Your primary responsibility is to speak with prospective patients by phone, conduct discovery conversations, explain value, qualify interest, and schedule appropriate in-office consultations. This role requires both inbound and outbound follow-up calls. Consistency, organization, and follow-through are critical to success. This position plays a crucial role in contributing to the success and growth of our center by supporting patients through the consultation and treatment processes. Qualifications

Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation Experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction Strong Account Management and relationship-building abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment Proficiency in using CRM software or other sales tools is a plus Prior experience in the dental or healthcare industry is advantageous High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls from prospective dental implant patients Make outbound follow-up calls to existing leads Conduct discovery conversations to understand patient needs and motivation Educate patients on dental implant solutions and the consultation process Qualify leads and schedule in-office consultations Maintain accurate and detailed notes in the CRM Follow up consistently to improve contact and show rates Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to support patient flow What We Are Looking For

Experience in phone-based roles such as patient intake, lead follow-up, appointment setting, or sales Comfortable making daily outbound calls and handling a high volume of conversations Strong communication skills with a calm, confident, and empathetic approach Ability to guide conversations toward scheduling without being pushy Organized, dependable, and consistent with follow-up Comfortable working toward clear activity and scheduling goals Dental or medical experience is a plus, but not required Coachable mindset and willingness to follow a structured process Why Join Forever Smiles Implant Center
