Position Overview
Benchmark is founded on positive relationships and the Partner Relationship Manager is imperative in establishing and maintaining those relationships with external business partners. The Partner Relationship Manager will be responsible for building new relationships with external partners and maintaining those relationships after the loan process. Ideal candidates for this position have a proven ability to develop and maintain relationships, thrive in a high call-volume outreach role, and are familiar with the real estate industry. Essential Functions of the Role
Call qualified partner prospects provided by the Branch Manager. Develop and maintain relationships with potential business partners to expand the customer pipeline in underutilized markets/programs. Assist Branch Manager with tailored partnership proposals and deal-closing strategies. Plan, schedule, and execute promotional events for the branch and individual Loan Officers to promote business visibility and capture possible referrals. Create marketing materials in coordination with corporate compliance and media teams for external events. Maintain strong partner relationships via mailings, phone calls, and social media/online accounts. Follow up on special requests for partners and provide timely responses. Other duties as assigned. Essential Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Ability to thrive in high call-volume outreach role Ability to build and maintain professional relationships Knowledge of real estate industry a plus Excellent communication skills Proven organizational skills Excellent time management skills Ability to work across organizational boundaries Experience with MS Office Suite Experience Requirements
Minimum two years of sales or business development experience required. Prior mortgage, title company or real estate experience preferred. Education / Licensing Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred. Working Conditions
Fast-paced environment. Requires normal vision (corrected) both close and distant. Requires normal hearing levels (corrected). Requires working at a desk to use a phone and computer for extended periods of time. Requires sitting, bending. Works effectively with frequent interruptions. Lifting requirements of 10 lbs. occasionally. Minimal travel Classification: Non-Exempt Benefits
