The Regional Sales Manager will be supporting studios as they transition from Pre-Sale to our sustainable business model as an open studio. The RSM will be responsible for insuring each new studio location meets membership and revenue goals during Pre-Sale, Soft Opening and Grand Opening. Responsibilities

Guide Franchisees and their new studios through the pre-sale marketing plan

Help new studios hit sales targets from pre-sale to two months post opening

Provide on-site sales training for Sales Representatives and General Managers

Review club operations with the GM and the Franchise Owner

Host one-on-one calls and webinars with staff

Coach studios on customer service best-practices

Advise on Grand Opening plans, community outreach and other business needs

Requirements

Multi-unit sales experience required, preferably fitness sales

Pre-sale or start up experience preferred

Fitness franchise experience highly preferred

Experience with grassroots marketing

Experience with ClubReady, MindBody or other gym POS & CRMs

Availability to travel up to 50% of the time
