The focus will be on enhancing user experiences with crypto-native features while collaborating across teams to ensure successful product delivery. Join us in revolutionizing the way consumers interact with cryptocurrencies and contribute to our vision of a seamless financial future.
Accountabilities
Own product discovery, planning, and delivery for crypto-native features
Conduct direct research with users who spend crypto daily: understand their setups, workarounds, and frustrations
Write specifications with clear requirements and acceptance criteria; manage the backlog; ship end-to-end alongside engineering and design
Make integration decisions about chains, wallets, and protocols, based on usage data rather than market hype
Facilitate cross-functional coordination with compliance, marketing, support, and operations
Represent the company in crypto communities and at industry conferences
Requirements
6 - 8+ years in product management, ideally in payments products, e-commerce, consumer or fintech, owning user-facing products end to end.
A real e-commerce or payments experience plus Web3 exposure (1-3 years) and a clear focus on building user-facing products that actually get used.
3+ years owning user-facing products end-to-end
Track record of shipping products with real adoption, demonstrating clear impact on users, conversion, retention, or revenue.
Hands‑on experience with payments or checkout flows
Experience leading product work across distributed teams and time zones, operating effectively in remote‑first, async environments
Practical experience with DeFi: vaults, collateralized positions, bridging, gas dynamics
Strong UX and product judgment
Familiarity with wallet UX across desktop and mobile, understanding onboarding friction, transaction flows, and user trust considerations.
Ability to decompose large problems into shippable increments, balancing speed, quality, and user impact.
Skill in facilitating alignment across engineering, design, and business functions
Clear written communication: specifications, decision documents, async updates
Benefits
Contract: Permanent
Location: Remote (can be based anywhere in Europe / EU Timezone)
Salary: 90 to 110k USD
Benefits: Tokens, medical insurance, coworking membership, relocation packages and additional benefits.
Recruitment process: HR Introductory Call + Technical/Product Interview + Take Home test + Final Interview with the CPO
