Full Job Description Pay: $30.50/hr.

Starting at $18/hr PLUS a minimum guaranteed bonus of $2,000 per month (averaging $30.50/hr) for your first 6 months. Any bonus that exceeds these monthly bonus guarantees will be paid out. Then $18/hr with minimum guaranteed bonus of $1,000 per month after month 6 and onward ($24.25/hr).

Average annual earnings are anywhere from $70,000 - $80,000, with our top performers making over $100,000 per year.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Are you a fast talker? Do you like striking up conversations with everyone that you meet? Do you have sales skills? If you answered yes, come use that confidence and big personality to make you some money!

Your Role Our team is responsible for establishing new relationships and winning back previous relationships with our referral sources (B2B). You will be building and strengthening the relationships that feed our pipeline. To be successful in this role you must have confidence, be convincing, and be willing to ask for referrals/leads at the risk of hearing “no”. It is key to make our referral sources feel comfortable over the phone while also being able to close the deal. Our robust training program will ensure that you are a loan readiness expert and can properly educate our referral sources on why they should partner with Uqual.

Responsibilities

Calling new and existing referral sources to extract leads

Revisiting older books of business to try and bring them back to Uqual

Discuss value added of our program and how we can benefit our referral sources to get them more business

Make and receive inbound and outbound calls to connect with referral sources and uphold their business

Educate our referral sources on our business model and how we can help their clients achieve loan readiness

Generate additional business through referrals from referral sources you have helped Maintain relationships through regular contact via telephone

Qualifications

5 years of sales experience

Strong phone presence and communication skills

High school degree or equivalent

Ability to pass a background check and ten panel drug screen (Colorado Friendly)

Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time

Strong computer skills

Ability to commute/relocate
