Beztak is looking to hire a Property Manager to join our team at Oro Vista Luxury Apartments in Oro Valley. The Property Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the property, as well as the hiring and development of their team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Motivate and hold accountable a team of employees including leasing and maintenance staff
Ensure that all prospects, residents and family members have positive interactions with team members
Maintain property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises
Responsible for the oversight and execution of building operations
Oversee budgeted financial expectations including rent collections, occupancy expectations, and expense guidelines
Contract with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits
Enforce occupancy policies and procedures
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
Responsible for the hiring of team members, and providing continuous learning and development of their team
Operate a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work‑related purposes as needed.
Work in a high‑pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, and having effective interpersonal skills

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Property Management
