Your Role Counts.
As an Enterprise Architect with MMA, you will collaborate with both business and IT leaders to drive strategic investments that align with our future vision. You will offer invaluable technology guidance, frameworks, and best practices within key Capability Domains.
Essential Qualifications:
8+ years of professional experience in IT roles, such as systems analysis, solution architecture, software development, or technology consulting, with a strong ability to align business needs with technology solutions.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Architecture, showcasing your expertise in developing and implementing architectural frameworks, roadmaps, and technology strategies.
Proven proficiency in designing enterprise technical solutions and strategies.
Leadership experience managing large, cross-functional teams while influencing senior management and key stakeholders.
Stand Out Qualifications: Strong communication skills, capable of advocating your vision to both IT and business stakeholders, effectively translating complex concepts into clear terms.
Familiarity with Insurance Broking, Risk Management, or Employee Benefits processes and solutions.
Experience in large-scale application rationalization initiatives.
TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Certification.
Your Impact in the First Year: In your first 3-12 months, you will evaluate existing projects, assess business capabilities, and develop roadmaps that enhance functionality to benefit the business.
You'll play a key role in establishing MMA's Enterprise Architecture group, creating standards, core principles, and processes.
Responsibilities You Will Excel At: Become a Subject Matter Expert in one or more business capability domains.
Provide overall direction and guidance on IT architecture to ensure alignment with corporate business strategies.
Critically review and provide technical feedback on project proposals and initiatives, offering consulting expertise.
Develop implementation strategies for new applications, capabilities, and services.
Collaborate with project sponsors and business users to fully understand solution requirements.
Oversee the development of application components and deployment of new systems/services.
Maintain high-quality technology deliverables by adhering to development standards, quality assurance, security, and service onboarding best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and share insights on leveraging new technologies with leadership and peers.
Advise and mentor team members on technical skills, principles, and processes.

The final salary will depend on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to the base salary, this position may qualify for performance-based incentives.
