The Role We are hiring a
Junior Creative Strategist
— not just a designer.
This role blends:
Performance creative Data interpretation Structured testing Catalog-driven advertising Client collaboration
You will work on paid social creative for fast-growing D2C brands — building and iterating catalog ads that directly impact revenue.
This is not a “make it look pretty” job. This is a “make it convert” job.
You will:
Build DPA templates that scale across product feeds Analyze performance data to identify creative winners Help structure testing frameworks Learn how creative decisions influence ROAS Collaborate directly with CSMs, strategists, and clients
You’ll see your work in market — and you’ll see the revenue it drives.
What You’ll Do Creative Strategy & Execution Design high-performing catalog ads (Meta, TikTok, Google) Build scalable, feed-driven templates Develop structured creative variations for testing Create hooks, headlines, layouts, and visual hierarchies optimized for conversion Translate performance insights into new creative directions Support creative brief development based on data trends
You’ll learn how to think like a performance marketer — not just a designer.
Performance & Data Fluency Review campaign data with Customer Success Managers Interpret CTR, CVR, ROAS, CPA, and engagement metrics Identify patterns across winning creatives Contribute insights into what’s working (and why) Help build creative reporting summaries for clients
You will become fluent in creative-performance feedback loops.
Catalog-Driven Commerce Work within dynamic product ad systems Understand how product feeds influence creative output Design for scalability across hundreds or thousands of SKUs Think in systems — not one-off assets

Client & Cross-Team Collaboration Participate in internal strategy discussions Contribute to creative presentations Iterate quickly based on client and performance feedback Work closely with product and growth teams
