Job Summary The Porter is responsible for maintaining the showroom's appearance and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around assisting customers, organizing the showroom, and managing parked vehicles to keep the parking lot neat and presentable. To succeed in this role, you should exhibit safe driving skills and demonstrate accountability and prudence in performing your duties.

Responsibilities

Greet customers as they arrive and assist in directing them to the appropriate sales personnel or vehicles.

Provide basic information about vehicle models, features, and specifications.

Assist customers with test drives, ensuring vehicles are ready for presentation.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom floor, ensuring vehicles are displayed attractively.

Arrange vehicles according to dealership standards and assist in moving cars as needed.

Keep vehicle display areas tidy and appealing to customers.

Assist in managing vehicle inventory, including moving cars to designated areas and ensuring proper organization.

Conduct periodic checks of vehicle conditions (e.g., cleanliness, tire pressure) to ensure they're presentable for customers.

Communicate inventory needs and lot organization to relevant team members.

Collaborate with sales associates and managers to provide timely assistance during customer interactions and busy periods.

Assist in preparing vehicles for delivery, ensuring they're clean and in proper condition.

Support administrative tasks, such as document filing or data entry, as needed.

Adhere to dealership policies, especially regarding safety and customer service protocols.

Ensure compliance with dealership security measures.

Language Skills Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Minimum 2 years of driving experience with a clean driving record
