The Advanced Customer Support team at Oracle NetSuite Professional Services is seeking a seasoned consultant with expertise in High-Tech, Services, or General Business sectors. This position is home-office based in major US and Canadian cities, with moderate travel required. Oracle NetSuite is transforming the engagement model for our growing customer base. Our Advanced Customer Support (ACS) service provides a subscription offering that enhances our extensive cloud annual recurring revenue (ARR) while delivering crucial ERP sustainment to continuously maximize value from NetSuite. We are expanding our team to support our growing clientele and are looking for individuals passionate about helping customers unlock their NetSuite potential. As part of the Advanced Customer Support Architect Team, you will provide technology leadership and guidance throughout the entire lifecycle of large-scale NetSuite implementations, focusing on ensuring ongoing success after go-live by emphasizing stability, performance, and scalability. Responsibilities include: Engaging with customers to identify and document their NetSuite requirements using our proprietary methodology. Collaborating with customers to address and remediate critical challenges. Making strategic design decisions to inform architectural and solution recommendations. Leading initiatives to implement NetSuite best practices in customer designs and features. Showing subject-matter expertise by collaborating with the Product organization to ensure customers and partners embrace new features and capabilities. Architecting solutions for complex business requirements, including configurations, integrations, and technical components with our dedicated Technical Services team. Detailing functional requirements for automations, integrations, and data migrations. Collaborating with technical teams for the design and testing of automations and integrations. Reviewing and ensuring quality of team member outputs. Continuously enhancing product knowledge and pursuing relevant certifications. Required Experience: 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 7 years in functional consulting and solution architecture. Strong expertise in NetSuite ERP Financials implementation and/or administration (other ERP systems may also be considered). Full lifecycle ERP implementation experience. Proficiency in developing end-to-end business process flows. Experience in defining and optimizing Order to Cash processes with customers. Leading design workshops with clients to effectively manage business and functional needs. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, multitask, and lead teams with minimal supervision. Hands-on technology engagement with effective communication at various organizational levels. A passion for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Must demonstrate: Experience implementing integration, data migration, and customization streams. Involvement in implementation lifecycle activities (SIT, UAT, etc.). Experience with cutover and launch activities. Ability to triage issues and risks concerning business and functional requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Self-motivation and direction. Ability to lead team members effectively with minimal oversight. Desired Experience: Experience with large-scale solution integrators. Familiarity with SaaS/Cloud architectures. Experience as a release manager or Agile scrum master. Functional Certification with NetSuite or other ERP systems. Travel: Up to 20%, as appropriate. This position primarily interacts with customers across North America, requiring proficiency in English and French for Quebec candidates; proficiency in French is an asset for other candidates.
