This internship offers a full-time, six-month experience from June 2026 to January 2027, with opportunities based in Orlando, FL, or Glendale, CA.

As a Marketing Strategy Intern, you'll play an essential role in supporting the execution of go-to-market strategies and marketing plans for multiple franchises. Collaborate with talented professionals across various teams, including marketing strategy, creative, and communications. On any given day, you might:
Assist in the development of effective marketing strategies and go-to-market plans that align with business objectives.
Support communication plan creation across the marketing team.
Evaluate marketing campaign creatives while managing approvals and status updates with external agencies.
Utilize data analytics to make informed strategic recommendations and track budgets for programs and products.
Collaborate with teams to produce marketing assets, pitch kits, toolkits, and content that adhere to brand guidelines.
Offer insights into generational trends and perspectives.
Engage actively in project management and handle ad hoc requests from leadership.
Required Qualifications & Skills Strong marketing acumen with the ability to develop strategic feedback and communication plans.
Experience in building and implementing strategic plans and utilizing project management tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint), Keynote, and effective presentation skills.
Demonstrated experience in graphic design with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar platforms.
In-depth knowledge of marketing industry trends and innovations.
Creative problem solver with the ability to encourage analytical thinking and foresight within teams.
Education Preferred candidates are in their junior or senior years of study.
A major or coursework in advertising, business with a marketing focus, or a related field is desired.

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited college/university or currently participating in a Disney College Program or Internship.
Must not have completed a year in a Disney Internship or College Program.
Must be at least 18 years of age and possess unrestricted work authorization.
Additional Information Compliance with The Disney Look appearance guidelines is required while at work.
This internship runs from June 2026 to January 2027.
Availability to work full-time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) Monday through Friday is essential.
Candidates must arrange their own housing and reliable transportation to/from work.
