About our Agency Now in her eighth year as a successful State Farm agent, Kandiss brings a unique background to her role in risk management, with a bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science and a decade of experience in the ER of a Level 1 Trauma Center. While she once witnessed the limitations of her team’s ability to help patients, Kandiss now dedicates herself to helping customers proactively protect against the unexpected.
Our team of nine spans two locations, providing high-quality service and meaningful support. We are also deeply involved in our community, proud sponsors of the Detroit Youth Choirs annual shows and active contributors to local initiatives. Kandiss serves on the Board of Trustees for Gift of Life Michigan and is a Founding Board Member of the Michigan Black Business Alliance.

Role Description As Account Manager – State Farm Agent Team Member for Kandiss Ecton – State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customer success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications
Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
Leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
