Role Description We are seeking a full-time Senior Sales Representative to join our team on-site in Yorba Linda, CA. The Senior Sales Representative will drive revenue growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored mobile technology solutions. They will also build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team by fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting new clients, developing proposals, conducting product demonstrations, managing account portfolios, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Qualifications
Proficiency in client relationship management, account management, and negotiation skills
Strong sales acumen, ability to develop strategies for identifying new business opportunities and achieving revenue targets
Proven ability to conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations
Proven leadership experience developing sales teams, fostering collaboration, and inspiring performance at all levels
Experience in the mobile technology industry and a solid understanding of hardware solutions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Self-starter with organizational and time management skills
Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools
10 yeas of sales leadership experience preferably within the computer or related industry
