
Account Manager (Contract-to-Hire)

Franklin, TN (100% onsite, 5 days/week) Schedule:
Full-time (8:00am–5:00pm preferred) Pay:

Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of existing and dormant customer accounts (no cold prospecting)
Re-engage inactive customers and drive account growth opportunities
Conduct high-volume outbound outreach and relationship‑building calls
Serve as main point of contact and resolve customer needs/issues
Identify cross‑sell opportunities and collaborate with internal teams
Track all activity and maintain accurate notes in CRM/ERP systems
Qualifications
2–3 years customer‑facing or account management experience (B2B preferred)
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
Comfortable with frequent outbound calling and managing a large book of business
CRM experience and proactive, team‑oriented mindset
