Accountabilities
Lead the strategy and execution of digital performance campaigns across SEM, SEO, social, programmatic display, and emerging channels
Optimize paid digital media, continuously testing and refining tactics to improve acquisition, conversion rates, pipeline acceleration, and ROAS
Manage full campaign lifecycle, including creative optimization, bid management, tagging, analytics, reporting, and conversion tracking
Build scalable content strategies and modular frameworks to ensure discoverability by AI‑powered answer engines
Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, creative, analytics, and sales teams to align media strategies with broader marketing and business goals
Develop and mentor a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement
Design and implement advanced measurement, attribution, and analytics dashboards to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
Requirements
Senior‑level experience in global digital performance marketing for B2B SaaS or technology brands
Deep hands‑on expertise in SEM, SEO, digital paid channels, social advertising, programmatic, and campaign optimization
Advanced knowledge of content optimization and AI‑driven strategies for discoverability and recommendation
Proficiency in analytics, tagging, attribution, and measurement frameworks (e.g., GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker, Tableau)
Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and content management systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, WordPress, Drupal)
Strong data analysis skills, including A/B testing, incrementality measurement, and translating insights into actionable improvements
Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
Proven ability to build and lead high‑performing teams with a collaborative and agile leadership style
