What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and sustain sales relationships with key decision-makers in multi-family housing accounts
Manage sales volume with an existing group of customers and prospect for new accounts
Implement plans to expand business presence in the assigned area and share market insights
Attend monthly business meetings and participate in local trade shows and regional/national activities
Operate a company vehicle or personal vehicle as needed, with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3 years of business-to-business (B2B) field sales experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a remote position
Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Organizational skills and knowledge of handheld technology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Direct sales experience to multi-family communities and facilities maintenance customers
Experience with consultative or solution selling
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
Familiarity with facilities products such as hardware, electrical, and lighting
Experience with a large volume of product lines
