Company Responsibilities
Work with the National Sales Channel Manager to understand initiatives and develop a plan of action that support the goals of the territory
Develop a strong understanding of WaterCare, Evolve, Hague and A.O. Smith water treatment products and applications.
Call on users and prospective users of water treatment products to influence the purchases of A. O. Smith Water Treatment’s equipment and services
Support existing customers and attract new prospects with on-site technical and resource trainings
Attend and support industry and customer events in your assigned region
Meet sales and expense objectives outlined in the annual budget
Assist with properly applying and trouble‑shooting water treatment solutions and provide in‑field support C

3 years residential water treatment related experience desired
WQA certification a plus
Bachelors degree desired
travel 75% of the time, must live in territory
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Microsoft Offive Exell,, powerpoint, Word, Outlook and Teams
Tecnical aptitudestrong business acumen
Comfot level speaking on Teams camera and live groups
Valid drivers license and own a vehicle capable pf supporting travel efforts throughout the territoy
Ability to plan and meet timelines, handle multiple tasks and work collaboratelgoal orientrd with proven success in exceeding targets
