
Job Title: Full-time Sales Representative – Lithium Battery Products
Location: Quincy, MA (On-site, occasional local travel)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (full‑time, hourly role)
Vatrer Power Inc. is looking for a motivated and reliable Sales Representative to help grow our LFP lithium battery business. The role is mainly office‑based in Quincy, MA, with occasional field visits to local customers and partners.
Vatrer Power Inc. specializes in high‑quality LiFePO4 (LFP) lithium battery products for golf carts, RVs, boats, off‑grid systems, forklifts, and other energy storage applications. Our mission is to provide safe, sustainable, and cost‑effective battery solutions that replace traditional lead‑acid batteries and support a cleaner energy future.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person, and provide product information and quotations for LFP lithium battery products.
Maintain relationships with existing dealers, distributors, and end‑users, and follow up on orders, shipments, and after‑sales questions.
Support new business development by contacting potential customers, preparing simple proposals, and helping to close sales under guidance from management.
Occasionally visit local customers, dealers, or events to introduce products, collect feedback, and support on‑site meetings or demos.
Keep accurate records of customer information, quotes, and orders in the company’s systems or CRM tools.
Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure correct product specifications, delivery schedules, and good customer experience.
Requirements and Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or inside sales is preferred; experience with batteries, electrical products, or technical products is a plus but not required.
Basic understanding or strong interest in learning about lithium batteries, electrical specifications, and related applications.
Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written; bilingual skills (e.g., Chinese/English) are a plus.
Reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with customers and handling multiple tasks at the same time.
Ability to work on‑site in Quincy, MA, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with occasional local travel for customer visits or events.
Compensation and Benefits Hourly rate: 22–28 USD per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This range is in line with similar sales and inside sales roles in the Quincy, MA area.
