Qualifications
Bachelor’s degreefrom an accredited universitypreferred;High School Diploma or GEDrequired.
3+ years of account management,sales, or estimatingexperience (preferably inmulti-family, construction, manufacturingor building materials).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiencyin ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite; NetSuite experience is a plus.
Familiarity with the multi‑family housing industry is highly desirable.
