Role Description
This is full-time (independent contractor) work from home and on-the-road role for an Account Manager at The Dental Spa Group's parenbt company, Direct Mobile Dental, located in Bala-Cynwyd, PA. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing accounts, addressing customer concerns effectively, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks will include overseeing client portfolios, developing personalized strategies to address their needs, collaborating with internal teams to meet client objectives, and maintaining clear and consistent communication with both clients and stakeholders. Qualifications
Account management and client relationship management skills Experience with assisted living (skilled nursing facilities) a huge plus Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Previous experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
