Outside Sales Account Executive

with a strong

hunter mindset : someone who enjoys prospecting, opening new accounts, and closing deals in a fast-paced B2B environment.

This is a territory-based role (San Francisco, CA) focused on building a book of business from the ground up within the SMB market.

What You’ll Be Doing

Proactively prospect SMBs through cold calls, in-person visits, and local networking

Lead consultative meetings with business owners and decision-makers

Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement

Generate referrals and build long-term client relationships

Attend local trade associations and networking events

Keep pipeline activity and forecasts up to date in a CRM (HubSpot)

Collaborate internally to deliver qualified talent solutions to clients

2+ years of B2B sales experience

(outside sales preferred)

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota

Experience building a book of business and managing a territory

Comfortable with cold outreach and face-to-face meetings

Strong pipeline and CRM management skills

Excellent verbal and written English communication

Exposure to construction, home services, or professional services

Base salary starting at $50,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

Uncapped commission structure

Year 1 OTE: $150K–$200K
