As an
Account Executive
, you’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while serving as a trusted partner to local and regional businesses. Prospect and develop new business through calls, emails, social outreach, networking, and community events Consult with business owners to understand their goals and recommend customized media solutions Sell across our full portfolio, including digital advertising, social media, video, SEO, websites, broadcast, and print products Build and manage a strong pipeline while consistently working toward revenue goals Maintain and grow relationships with clients through ongoing communication and campaign optimization Track activity and performance using our CRM and sales tools What You Bring
A relationship-builder who enjoys connecting with people and solving problems Self-motivated with a competitive edge—you like goals and enjoy exceeding them Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Confidence making outbound calls and handling objections professionally Organized, coachable, and able to manage multiple accounts at once Prior experience in sales, media, advertising, or digital marketing is a plus—but not required A positive attitude, curiosity, and drive matter more than a perfect resume Base salary + uncapped commission (your effort directly impacts your income) Ongoing training, sales coaching, and mentorship Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Supportive, energetic team culture that celebrates wins The chance to build a long-term career with a growing media company Location
