What You’ll Do: The Senior Sales Ops Analyst will be focused on building scalable processes and increasing operational efficiencies focused on our Sales Commission process. The ideal candidate is highly driven, analytical, organized, and passionate, with domain expertise in digital media/programmatic sales operations.
Daily responsibilities include:
Deliver accurate, timely commission calculations and manage end‑to‑end administration of global sales compensation plans
You will be a key partner to Sales leadership, Sales Operations and Finance teams
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Sales, Finance, HR, and Sales Operations to align on plan inputs and ensure data integrity
Troubleshoot and resolve comp discrepancies, disputes, or data issues with a solution‑first mindset
Calculate, validate, and process quarterly sales commission payouts; maintain audit trails, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure compliance with plan rules
Help develop and implement sales commission policies and processes for our sales teams across all segments while building processes that scale as the company grows
Provide clear and timely communication to sales teams on commission structures, attainment, and payments
Oversee reporting tools and manage ad‑hoc reporting requests for the sales & marketing departments to analyze and monitor their performance at various levels
What Will I Bring?
BA/BS Degree in Business (including management, finance, accounting or operations)
A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience required
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups); strong ability to enhance and create Excel‑based models.
Some knowledge of compensation systems, preferably Xactly.
Strong understanding of sales commission structures, quota‑based incentives, and revenue crediting.
Financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and explain implications with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication, time management, organizational and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with teams, manage multiple tasks proactively, and prioritize responsibilities to meet specific deadlines.
Highly motivated and results‑driven self‑starter, operating with a sense of urgency and valuing accountability

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full‑time annual base salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 at the time of posting. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. We offer a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, unlimited vacation, and company‑paid holidays.
