Event Services Specialist What You Get To Do

Provide entertainment‑related support to high‑profile/high‑volume events including private park buyouts, senior leadership meetings, new attraction openings, film shoots and industry functions.

Maintain customer satisfaction through onsite interactions related to setup requirements and adjustments required to ensure retention and growth of business through referrals and repeat client events.

Work closely with Event Services Managers and (as needed) Sales Director to ensure all group needs are being handled pro‑actively.

Provide support for new projects and planning to ensure our capabilities and processes are aligned with expectations of our clients.

Manage relationships with vendors that we outsource entertainment/​décor elements from and stay up to date on pricing changes with vendor services.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal partners such as Entertainment and Security to ensure that those areas provide support for internal entertainment elements and load‑in procedures for external vendors.

Attend client planning meetings/sites as needed in order to have a better understanding of the event flow and make recommendations on entertainment elements based on the event profile.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

What It Takes To Succeed

Able to work flexible hours including early mornings, nights and weekends.

Able to handle multiple projects.

Strong presentation, organization and time‑management skills.

Valid state driver’s license and be able to obtain a company driver’s license.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Able to stand for long periods of time.

Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

1‑3 years event management, theme park or hospitality/convention industry related experience preferred.

Experience in using event venue booking systems such as Delphi preferred.
