What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Act as a liaison between the employer, its dealerships, and additional partners
Facilitate mentorship and consulting to achieve monthly and yearly sales objectives
Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) to identify opportunities
Assist in product launches and ensure effective marketing and advertising
Analyze dealer sales and local market conditions to identify revenue opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience in the automotive industry in lieu of a degree
Minimum of 4 years in sales and customer service
Ability to travel 100% and be mobile, with a willingness to relocate within the U.S.
Valid driver's license and ability to legally operate a motor vehicle
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a District Sales Manager role or similar position within the automotive industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
Strong presentation and communication skills
Familiarity with data management and reporting
