This role is focused on driving strategic growth by managing high-value, complex enterprise accounts in a dynamic B2B SaaS environment. You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, develop strong executive relationships, and influence deal strategy across multiple stakeholders. The position combines autonomy with cross-functional collaboration, allowing you to shape enterprise sales processes and contribute directly to revenue growth. Success in this role requires consultative selling, structured discovery, and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable solutions. You will work closely with teams such as Sales Engineering, Product, and Enablement to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. Accountabilities:
Prospect, qualify, and manage high-complexity enterprise accounts, driving long sales cycles from discovery to close
Conduct structured discovery with senior stakeholders, including Directors, VPs, and C-level executives
Build and maintain executive-level relationships to deepen engagement and expand account opportunities
Partner with cross-functional teams to navigate complex deals and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and provide actionable insights to leadership
Influence product positioning and feedback loops based on direct customer interactions
Contribute to enterprise sales playbooks, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
6–10+ years of experience in enterprise or B2B SaaS sales, managing multi-stakeholder, long-cycle opportunities
Proven consultative selling skills with a track record of closing complex enterprise deals
Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and communicate value clearly
Experience working with cross-functional teams to align on sales strategy and execution
Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with senior executives
Experience in SaaS, travel tech, or payments is a plus
Self-motivated, proactive, and structured in approach to discovery, qualification, and deal strategy
