
Job Description
Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated outside sales representative to engage a wide variety of clients and prospects, including biotech, medical, and academia accounts. The role requires the ability to effectively communicate product benefits and value of our life science products, prospect for new customers, and maintain relationships with existing customers. MIDSCI specializes in molecular biology, enabling our sales team to provide superior service and solutions.

Base salary $60,000-70,000 plus uncapped commission

Requirements
Basic knowledge of molecular biology
Desire to be successful and enthusiastic
Ability to communicate at a technical level and continuously sharpen communication skills
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience or life‑science research experience (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Life Sciences (preferred)
Willingness to work more than a standard 40‑hour week during startup period
Ability to establish rapport with a wide variety of people
Desire to build a long‑term career with the company
