Our top leadership positions, including Store Managers, District Managers, and Regional Vice Presidents, are typically filled by individuals who began their journey as Account Managers. In this vital position, you will expertly manage rental accounts by providing outstanding customer service, driving sales, completing deliveries and pickups, maintaining store standards, and handling early-stage collections. Your efforts will promote sales growth and ensure customer account health by fostering strong relationships and aligning with the RAC mission and core values.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a designated portfolio of accounts while nurturing and sustaining customer relationships Conduct early-stage collections (1-6 days past due) and achieve daily/weekly collection goals Utilize account management tools to maintain account health and acquire payment commitments Complete delivery and pickup routes while following up on customer accounts Provide exceptional customer service both in-store, over the phone, and at customer locations Drive sales growth and initiate new rental agreements Safely transport, install, and manage merchandise Uphold showroom standards and maintain company vehicles Comply with all safety and operational guidelines Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Excellent communication and customer service skills Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move heavy items Capability to drive a box truck Standing and driving for prolonged periods Schedule & Work Environment: Full-time position, Monday-Saturday with Sundays and one weekday off. The role involves physical activity requiring lifting, bending, and standing.
