Order Fulfillment Specialist

and play a vital role in ensuring smooth processing of customer orders with precision and efficiency. This entry-level position is your gateway to launching a rewarding career in operations while gaining essential skills in Business Entity management and UCC lien search functions. You will report to the Manager of Fulfillment and work from our local office in Wilmington, DE. Enjoy a work schedule Monday to Friday, from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, along with a 10% shift differential. Responsibilities: Efficiently enter customer orders into our system. Process legal documents necessary for forming various business entities. Collaborate within a supportive team environment to enhance your skills. Work with third-party vendors to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Organize and maintain operational documents and records accurately. Assist in planning initiatives under supervision. Uphold exceptional customer service standards in all interactions. Respond professionally to basic customer inquiries. Support general administrative tasks as required. Skills: Proficiency in order entry systems is essential. Strong attention to detail for accurate processing of all orders. Basic understanding of customer service principles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective time management abilities to prioritize tasks. A collaborative spirit and willingness to work with team members. A fundamental grasp of inventory management. Capable of maintaining organized operational documentation. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A college degree is preferred. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, office administration, retail, or restaurants. Compensation: The compensation range for this role is
